Jurisdiction: All services provided are subject to local, state, and federal laws and relevant applicable regulations.
Client-Service Provider Confidentiality: Your privacy and comfort are our priority. We will not share your contact details nor any information provided to us during any appointment. In the event that sharing information could prove beneficial to the client, Negarra A. Kudumu will request your written permission to share this information with a third party.
Appointments: We do not set, nor do we conduct, appointments via text, direct message, or social media. All appointments must be made via this website. If you email with questions, we will respond within 48 hours. Included in your response will be a link to our scheduling page, instructing you to schedule either a free info session or the appointment relevant to your concern.
Art: A conversation about your project and its scope of work, is required in advance of commencing work, to ensure clarity and agreement about how to proceed.
Healing: Divination is always recommended, and often required, depending on your desired service. Results take time, are specific to the client’s unique circumstances, and require the client’s active participation in the manifestation of the desired outcome. A client’s indecision is a hindrance to achieving the desired outcome. It is the client’s responsibility to take action on the information provided and inform Negarra A. Kudumu | Art + Healing of the desired course of action.
Negarra A. Kudumu | Art + Healing does not offer what cannot be provided.
Pricing and Payment: We aim to maintain fair and competitive pricing. Prices for services and related products are subject to change at any time. We offer a sliding price scale for healing services only. Individuals at or below 50% of the median income in their state of residence will benefit from a reduced rate. Proof of residence and income are required. Eligibility is subject to review.
Art Services: The list price constitutes the retainer and is non-refundable. After a telephone discussion, clients will receive a written proposal, which they must accept in writing. Once the proposal has been accepted, the client will receive an invoice for 50% of the total cost, less the retainer. The balance is invoiced on the date the work is completed and delivered. Unless otherwise agreed, all work will be delivered via email. Payment is due within 5 business days of the final invoice date.
Healing Services: The list price constitutes the cost of the service, is due in full upon scheduling, and is non-refundable. Clients will be informed via email of any recommended solutions works, their purpose, and cost, which they must accept in writing. Once accepted, all resulting solution works require a 50% deposit before starting any work, which will be invoiced to the client. Balances are invoiced on the date the works are completed. Payment of the balance is due within 5 business days of the final invoice date.
Please note: work does not commence until the client has communicated in writing their desire to move forward and paid the 50% deposit. Clients may pay using PayPal as well as debit and credit card payments through www.NegarraAKudumu.com. We do not accept payment by check, nor via CashApp or Venmo.
Cancellation and refunds: All purchases are considered 100% non-refundable once the transaction is complete. It is the client’s responsible to cancel their appointments. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment, will receive a 100% refund. No shows forfeit the total value of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment will receive a credit that they may use towards a future appointment. Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made 48 hours in advance of the original appointment. Clients will receive confirmation of their cancelled or rescheduled appointment by email.
Content Attribution: Unless otherwise noted, all images, photographs, video clips, and other visual or written materials that appear as part of this web site are owned, controlled, or licensed by Negarra A. Kudumu. This website uses images of artworks or quotes from books, journals, and newspapers with fair use in mind, and always references authors, artists, and sources. If you are an artist, author, publisher, or agent representing material reproduced on this website, and you do not wish for it to be used, please contact the owner immediately.
