Once the proposal has been accepted, the client will receive an invoice for 50% of the total cost, less the retainer. The balance is invoiced on the date the work is completed and delivered. Unless otherwise agreed, all work will be delivered via email. Payment is due within 5 days of the final invoice date.

Divination Clients will be informed during their session of any recommended works and their purpose. Most of the recommended works will be for the client to perform him or herself at their ancestor altar. If there are any recommended works that must be done by me, the client will be notified in due corse. Once a client agrees through the acceptance of an estimate, they will be invoiced. Work commences upon receipt of the client’s explicit agreement, in writing (via email), and then, only after a deposit has been paid. For works under $160, the full amount is due up front. For works $150 and up, a 50% deposit is due. Balances are invoiced on the date the works are completed and shipped, and are due within 5 days of the invoice date.
We will do our best to complete and ship all works no later than 30 days following the date on which a client pays the deposit; however, each client scenario is different and may require more time to complete particularly in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. In the event of a delay, we will contact the client with regular updates.
